And it’s a ritual that’s rather easy to sustain . . . it’s drinking lots of water. In an interview with Shape, Jennifer Aniston revealed her secret to staying healthy is a combo of enough sleep and a lot of hydration, saying, “I always try to sleep for at least eight hours a night and, of course, water, water, water!” Aniston drinks 100 ounces of water per day, and she went on to reiterate that her drinking ritual is a 24-hour process: “I carry one with me all day, and at night I drink a tall glass.”

If plain, old water bores you, take a tip from Beyoncé. The star, naturally, turns to lemons to help maintain her healthy habit of drinking a gallon (yes, a gallon) every day. As she explained during an interview with Vogue about her weight loss after giving birth to Blue Ivy, “I try to take care of myself, drinking at least a gallon of water with lemon a day and making sure to take my vitamins.” Be like Beyoncé and drink fruit-infused water like hint to help make consuming water all day long more appealing—especially if you’re going for a gallon.

You’d think the flawless and always fashionable mother-of-four Victoria Beckham would have a surprising secret behind her daily skincare routine but Beckham revealed she relies on water to help her manage motherhood along with her bustling career. “I think it’s very important to drink lots of water and get as much sleep as you can,” she says, “but when you have four children, that’s easier said than done.” In another interview following her daily routine she revealed, “I do like green juices and things like that, so if they’re there, I’ll have them. But generally speaking, I drink lots of sparkling water, lots of peppermint tea.”
