One of my personal favorites. The combo of fat, fiber and protein in this avocado berry smoothie keeps you f-u-l-l and it’s pretty gosh-darn delicious.
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup ice, about 2-3 cubes
- 1/2 cup blackberry hint water
- optional (add 1/2-1 cup spinach)
Blend and enjoy! Yup, that simple.
