1.) POPUGAR Active

We totally love this one. It has tons of free quick (and not so quick) workouts to choose from. The videos are also super high quality and inspirational, so you actually want to do them! There are also (so) many treadmill and cardio equipment workouts you can download and do at the gym. With over 200 workouts to choose from, you can’t go wrong. Another huge bonus is it’s free and many sweat sessions require no equipment, so you can get your workout on anywhere! Get it here.


2.) Waterlogged

Need (a little) extra motivation to drink more H20? Check out Waterlogged. This app easily helps you stay motivated by tracking your progress, and it’ll even send you reminders to drink more water. A super cool feature is that you can snap pics of your own water containers (like Hint water or Hint fizz!) to record them. Get it here.

3.) Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock

You know that jarring feeling you get when your alarm wakes you up in the middle of a deep sleep? Awful, right? With Sleep Cycle that doesn’t happen. This app’s technology analyzes your sleep and wakes you up in your lightest sleep phase, so you feel refreshed and not exhausted. Sleep Cycle shows you detailed sleep stats on how your sleep was, provides a customizable wake up window, and has super soothing alarm sounds to choose from, but you can also use your iPod.
