Recipe: Greek Avocado Dip!

An easy healthy tasty protein-ful & healthy-fat packed greek avocado dip. Opa!

Greek Avocado Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe and peeled avocado
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 squeeze of lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

 

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and use as a spread on whole grain crackers or as a veggie dip.
