If you’re anything like me, you like a little healthy crunch with a bit of salt.
Meaning, you adore kale chips.
I used to buy kale chips all the time, but as of late, I’ve been making mine at home.
It’s significantly cheaper and incredibly easy.
Here’s how to make kale chips in 5 simple steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 275° Fahrenheit
2. Wash & de-rib kale
Note: A quick way to de-rib kale is to hold it by the rib with one hand and then quickly run your pointer and middle finger from your other hand, together, down the middle.
3. Thoroughly dry kale and tear into 1-2 inch pieces
4. Massage each individual kale leaf with a bit of oil (avocado or olive oil works well)
5. Place each leaf flat on a baking sheet, salt to taste, add any spices you like, and bake for about 20 minutes at to 275° Fahrenheit
What seasonings do you like best on your kale chips??
