Commercial breaks are longer than ever. Nowadays, a standard half-hour of TV consists of 22 minutes of actual show and a whopping eight minutes of commercials. In fact, the programming slice of the pie has been cited as low as 19 out of 30 minutes of television. So when lengthy ads get in the way of precious primetime faves like The Bachelorette and This Is Us, what are you supposed to do with the downtime?

Like our first recommendation and the rest our roundup, this video from Fitness Blender doesn’t require any equipment and packs a booty-blasting punch. It also has a couple of unique features, such as showing the next move in the upper lefthand corner and a tracker for calories burned.
