5 Fitness Home Workouts Done in Less Than 20 Minutes

Time is of the essence, especially when it comes to getting  your sweat on.

If you have trouble finding time to workout, we’ve compiled 5 of our favorite (free) fitness workouts online that you can easily do at home. All you need is a pair of weights and for some – you just need you!

1.) Extreme Total Body Fat Burning Workout

We discovered this one on our company retreat! It’s only 20-minutes and all you need is a weight. We actually didn’t have a weight, so we just used a water bottle!

Boy oh boy, this workout is awesome. It’s quick, super sweaty, and h-a-r-d. If you love bootcamp style workouts and plyometrics (jump training), you’ll be in love.

2.) 30-Day Fat Burn: Cardio Extreme Workout

This workout is only 10 minutes. All you need is a pair of weights and you.  When you’re super short on time, but want to at least get something in, you can break a sweat with this video!

3.) Frisky Fall HIIT (high intensity interval training)

This 15-minute workout with the Tone It Up girls is awesome and high intensity for sure! All you need is an open space anywhere to get work done!

4.) Yoga Energy Flow

You won’t get super sweaty here, but this 10-minute yoga video will allow your energy to restore. The best part is you can even do this in your office (nice!).

5.) Dynamic Strength Training Workout

This workout is inspired by kettlebells, adding variety from your traditional weight training workouts, while still allowing you to strength train. Plus, you get a little cardio burn in! All you need is a dumbbell.
