5.) Cauliflower Fried Rice with Vegan XO Sauce:  We’re big on taste, and we’re big on healthy. Traditional fried rice isn’t on our list of go-tos (but it is super yummy).  So, when we saw this recipe (rice made of cauliflower! woot-woot!) and tried it, we fell in love – and felt good about it.
