However, just as I know I’ll be a bummed about vacation’s end, I also know that every year there is one thing that snaps me out of post-summer blues—fall cooking. And while I love simmering a sugo on the stove for hours on a Sunday, the majority of the time, I’m making fast and easy fall-centric meals.
