Easter is just around the corner and this spring weather has us ready to plan our holiday. We are doing our shopping and crafting early so we can spend as much time with friends and family while they are over. After the egg hunt everyone will be ready for big meal. Create a space that is colorful and chic with pops of spring pastels, bunnies, and eggs. DIY bits and pieces of your holiday, from the best baskets to an amazing tablescape and the perfect menu.

This year we are planning a colorful creation with a healthy twist and a touch of chocolate. For the little ones, create these adorable sock bunnies. The project is quick, easy and affordable. You can either make them for your children’s baskets or as a project they would love to be involved in. Surround the bunnies with these healthy basket fillers:

The colorful look should brighten up the room and really bring a sense of spring. Use a clear vase and use slices of lemon, limes or oranges to create a fresh look. Use another wicker basket to fill with a mix of Hint Water, still and sparkling, that your guests will be able to grab throughout the day and will pair perfectly with your arrangement.[vc_column width=”1/2″]Around the house and in bathrooms make these Egg Flower Vases. I love the look of mixing light brown and white eggs with the light pink roses or tulips.[vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”9026″ img_size=”large”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”9021″ img_size=”large”][vc_column width=”1/2″]On the wall behind your buffet or on your fireplace mantle add this garland of bunnies. The Pom Pom Easter Bunny Bunting is another fun project to do with your kids leading up to the holiday. This is a great project because it stores easily, so you can save it for next year. I love the look of all pink tails, but you can also use multiple colors to create a rainbow of pom poms.

The Easter Menu
